The home page title, The Capital Scot, is also the name of this site. The masthead is a logo consisting of the following three elements: a) Centered is a horizontal field of light blue with a dark blue border containing the words The Capital Scot in an irregular font. These words are flanked on either side with the flag of Scotland - a white saltire upon a field of blue. b) To the left rear of this horizontal field is an image of the dome of the U.S. Capitol Building in a faded gray. c) Above the horizontal field and flanked on the left by the dome is the following text:
