Petition - Designation of Loch Ness as a World Heritage Site

May 14 - Citizens for the Classics Spring Meeting, 7:00 p.m., Yorktown High School Faculty Lounge, 5201 N. 28th St., Arlington, VA 22207. Our agenda will include the following items:
Latin curriculum in Arlington Public Schools. Guest speakers are: Mary Ann Ullrich, Supervisor, Foreign Language Office, Arlington Public Schools, and Kevin Gushman, Latin Teacher, Yorktown High School
Election of officers for 2008-2009. Self-nominations (i.e. volunteers) are welcome and needed. Your Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer have each served CFTC for many years. Each would be delighted if some fresh face would volunteer for his/her job. (Your President is a newcomer.)
CFTC's table at the Arlington County Fair, 7-10 August 2008. We need 2 or 3 hours of your time at the Fair to make this a success!
